1500 - 2000 Sq. ft.

If plot size is in between 1500 sq.ft. To 2000 sq.ft. The consultation charge is Rs. 1,00,000/- which includes the following services:

1. Building plan as per your choice a/c to your requirement AND a/c to our suggestion.
2. Single 3D view of Building plan.
3. Furniture layout plan as per “Vastu”.
4. Sanction plan of the building.
5. Structural drawing.
6. Layout drawing of Plumbing & Electrification.
7. Elevation & Section drawings of building.

2000 -3000 sq. ft.

If plot size is in between 2000 sq. ft. To 3000 sq.ft. Then the consultation charge is Rs.1, 50,000/- which includes the following services.

Building plan as per your choice a/c to your requirement AND a/c to our suggestion.
Single 3D view of Building plan.
Furniture layout plan as per “Vastu”.
Sanction plan of the building.
Structural drawing.
Layout drawing of Plumbing & Electrification.
All Elevation & Section drawings of the building.

3000 - 5000 Sq. ft.

If plot size is in between 3000 sq.ft. To 5000 sq.ft. The consultation charge is Rs. 3,00,000/- which includes the following services:

1. Building plan as per your choice a/c to your requirement AND a/c to our suggestion
2. TWO 3D views of Building plan.
3. Furniture layout plan as per “Vastu”.
4. Sanction plan of the building.
5. Structural drawing.
6. Layout drawing of Plumbing & Electrification.
7. Elevation & Section drawings of building.

The project signing amount is 10% of the consultation fees.
After finalization of the basic plan of the building; pay 50% amount of the consultation fees.
The remaining 40% consultation fees are mandatory to pay before handover the complete set of drawings.
Changes in the plan after finalization will be charged 3% of the consultation fees.
If the changes are done a number of times after the final structural drawings then project consultation fees will be changed accordingly & it drawings will be delivered according to availability of time.
For an extra 3D view, it is mandatory to pay Rs.10, 000/- per view.
Site Visits by Architect/ID/Site engineer are chargeable. Architect visit up to 200 km – Rs. 10,000/- Site Engineer Visit up to 200 Km – Rs. 7,000/-
If site location distance is above 200Km then site visit charges changes accordingly.
